The tundra around Pangnirtung is home to vibrant dwarf rosy coloured fireweed and fluffy Arctic cotton. You may also see:
- purple bladder campions
- pink clusters of wintergreen
- Arctic purple saxifrage
- yellow marsh saxifrage
- Arctic daisies
- mauve harebells
- yellow Arctic poppie
- star chickweed
